About me

What is my background?

I am an experienced Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist qualified to work with older children (aged 8+), teenagers and adults.

I am committed and motivated with twenty five years of experience working as an educationalist and therapist.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy for Children and Young People from University College London (UCL) and the Anna Freud Centre.

I was awarded a Distinction in the Diploma of Higher Education in Integral Therapeutic Counselling from the Anglia Ruskin University.

I also have a BA (Hons) and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the professional codes of ethics of this professional body.

I undertake Continual Professional Development, am responsibly supervised and have full professional insurance.

All the work we contract together is undertaken with appropriate professionalism and the highest level of confidentiality.
